At CrossFit Untapped we offer training programs for people of all ages and levels, regardless of previous experience. Our coaching staff is here to guide you to your specific goals. Check out our many programs below!

CrossFit

Are you bored with your fitness routine? Does your motivation come and go? We want you to experience what CrossFit can do for you! You’ve heard the lore, now come see for yourself how millions of people have changed their lives after starting CrossFit! Our community is a mixed bag of ages and fitness levels, so you are welcome no matter what your experience is!

Endurance

Often described by participants as the most-loved AND most-despised class that they’ve ever taken, the Endurance Class incorporates plyometric movements to strengthen your core, and improve your physical stamina.

Personal Training

Personal training can be a wonderful way to start out your fitness journey, or get some help with a specific area or objective. Our experienced coaches will start with a consult and assessment to determine your custom program, and get you started toward achieving your goals.
