We picked the name CrossFit Untapped because everyone- EVERYONE- has potential that hasn’t been realized yet. It’s an encouraging word that tells the story of our vision of this place: as somewhere we come to try hard, to get better, to be real, to bond and push others forward on their journey, as we struggle forward on our own. No matter where you are on your fitness journey (even if you haven’t started!!) we can help you achieve the fitness you desire.

Community and fitness are the core of our gym, and CrossFit is the perfect combination of both. We see fitness as a balanced capacity in all 10 components of fitness: Strength, stamina, agility, accuracy, speed, flexibility, coordination, balance, cardiorespiratory endurance, and power.
Every class will challenge you in a new way so that your body is continually adapting, and you’re always progressing in each of these fitness areas.
What you can expect:
After you have completed your skills sessions and feel ready to join classes, you’re free to come to any CrossFit class listed on the schedule. When you walk in the door, everything is laid out for you to do for that session, all lead by a qualified coach, including a group warm up, technique work, workout and cool down. You need to tell your coach if there is something going on that may affect your ability to perform what is planned for the class, and the coach will find the appropriate substitutions for you. You will be coached, corrected, encouraged, talked to, and joked with. We want to get to know you, and you to feel at home in our gym.
